John Duncan

I have been a resident of the Upstate since 2017 where I live with my beautiful wife and two amazing daughters.  Along with being born and raised in Charleston, I have come to love all that South Carolina has to offer!  That love led me to earning my real estate license in 2018. Helping my clients brings me so much joy, whether it is finding and purchasing a home, or selling their current home in search of greener pastures.  In addition to my love for the area and my love for real estate in general, I have a law degree which gives me skill to ensure smooth transactions for my clients.  I use my legal background to make sure each real estate transaction is handled accurately and professionally from our first meeting through the negotiation process, all the way to the closing table.  When I am not serving my clients, I have a passion for music (Beethoven was both a classical and romantic composer…discuss!). You can also find me having a blast raising our family’s chickens and ducks, as well as chopping firewood for our cabin in the woods.
